Mental Health Treatment in Lancaster, PA

Our outpatient mental health programs provide structured, evidence-based care for depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder and other conditions — with or without a substance use diagnosis. Call us today to take the first step.

What does outpatient mental health treatment involve?

Outpatient mental health treatment at The Ranch Pennsylvania Outpatient Center combines psychiatric care, individual and group therapy, and practical skills training in a setting that fits around your life. We offer two levels of care: a partial hospitalization program (PHP) that runs full days on weekdays, with the option to live at our Outpatient Residence, and an intensive outpatient program (IOP) that meets for three-hour groups three days a week while you live at home.

You do not need to be struggling with drugs or alcohol to receive care here. Our mental health tracks are designed for adults whose symptoms have become hard to manage with weekly therapy alone, but who do not need hospitalization. For clients who are also managing substance use, we treat both conditions together through integrated, dual diagnosis care.

Who is outpatient mental health treatment best suited for?

While every situation is unique, PHP or IOP for mental health may be especially beneficial if:
