Our mental health partial hospitalization program (PHP) delivers full-day, structured treatment for depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder and other conditions — with the option to live at our Outpatient Residence during treatment. Call us today to take the first step.
A mental health partial hospitalization program, or PHP, is the most intensive level of outpatient psychiatric care. You attend structured treatment at The Ranch Pennsylvania Outpatient Center during the day, five days a week, then return home or to our Outpatient Residence in the evening. PHP bridges the gap between inpatient psychiatric care and weekly therapy, offering hospital-level structure without an overnight hospital stay.
Our mental health PHP is open to adults with or without a substance use disorder. Many clients step down to PHP after an inpatient or residential psychiatric stay; others begin here when symptoms have become too intense for weekly therapy but they are safe to live outside a hospital. Clients who need housing can stay at our Outpatient Residence, a 16-bed home in Lancaster with 24/7 support staff and transportation to and from programming. If drugs or alcohol are also part of the picture, our addiction PHP treats both conditions together.
