Most clients begin with medical detox – available through our residential partner, The Ranch Pennsylvania – and then step down to PHP at our Outpatient Center on Olde Homestead Lane. PHP gives you daily contact with therapists and psychiatric providers during the weeks when relapse risk is highest. Clients then move to IOP, attending three-hour groups three days a week while resuming work and family life.

Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) with buprenorphine or naltrexone may be part of your plan as medically appropriate.
