- Medical detox and residential treatment – for people who need 24-hour medical supervision or a fully structured living environment. Many clients complete this phase at The Ranch Pennsylvania, our residential facility, before stepping down to outpatient care.
- Partial hospitalization program (PHP) – full-day treatment five days a week at our Lancaster Outpatient Center, with the option to live at our Outpatient Residence. PHP typically lasts 8–12 weeks.
- Intensive outpatient program (IOP) – three-hour group sessions three days a week while you live at home, typically for 5–6 weeks.
- Aftercare and alumni support – relapse prevention planning, alumni meetings and referrals to ongoing therapy and community recovery groups.
Our Outpatient Center at 1817 Olde Homestead Lane offers full-day PHP programming five days a week and IOP groups three days a week. Clients who need medical detox first are referred to The Ranch Pennsylvania, our residential facility, and step down to Lancaster when they are stable. Clients in PHP can live at our Outpatient Residence, a 16-bed home with 24/7 support staff and transportation to programming.
